Mirko Tattarini’s favorite recipe - exalted a hundred times with friends and clients!- has been published in the book “Designers recepits” by Editrice Compositori. The book collects 70 recipes from Italian and international designers, together with an original artwork inspired by the taste and the flavours of the dish.
